Grand Opening - New Beaver Bank - Kinsac Fire Station

On Saturday, August 28, 2004, residents proudly took part in the Grand Opening of their new Fire Station in Beaver Bank - Kinsac (Station #48).  Mayor Peter Kelly, Chief Director Michael Eddy, Councillor Brad Johns and Chief Gord West participated in the ribbon cutting, plaque unveiling, tree planting and cake cutting.  There were fire prevention displays, a vehicle extrication demonstration, antique vehicles and lots of food.
