This past weekend, Halifax Regional Fire & Emergency hosted The Canadian Nationals - Firefighter Combat Challenge Competition which was held on the Halifax Waterfront.
All participating teams and individuals put on quite a demonstration on how to run the course.
Congratulations to all who participated and were successful in their respective category(s) and in particular to Firefighter Joe Triff for his two first place finishes and for his role on three other team events, with first place finishes!
Also we won seven gold medals, the first time a team has done this at the Nationals.
