| A full scale incident is a very demanding undertaking requiring a minimum of 12 personnel. More personnel are called in if multiple entries into a hazardous area are required. |

| Most of our fire service personnel have HazMat training at the First Responder Operational & Awareness Levels, and basic training in Hazardous Materials decontamination. This means that no matter where an incident occurs in the municipality, you can be assured that it will be managed by competent, trained professionals. |
