What are service standards?

Service standards are established to ensure hazards are addressed as a priority, residents are aware of the level of service they can expect, and directional focus is provided for work crews.

Municipal Operations service standards are extended when weather or emergency events preclude the completion of required repairs. Repairs that do not pose an immediate hazard are completed as budget and resources permit.
