Police Investigate Robbery

The HRP/RCMP Integrated General Investigation Section is investigating a robbery that occurred last night in Dartmouth.

At 10:08 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery that had occurred on Beazley Field off Caledonia Road. A 19-year-old man was walking in the area when he saw a man who made him feel uneasy. The victim cut across the field but was confronted by the suspect who attempted to take some of the victim’s property. The suspect then began to assault the victim who was able to fight back and flee the area. The victim received minor injuries and no property was stolen.

The suspect is described as a white man, 20-years-old, 5’11”, with black hair and a goatee. At the time of the incident he was wearing a puffy black jacket and baggy black pant.
