The Integrated HRP/RCMP Major Crime Unit is seeking the public's assistance in solving the homicide of Michael Leonard Hamm.

Mr. Hamm was walking his dog on Windsor Street when an unknown male approached him and shot him in the head. The case received much media attention. Mr. Hamm had been shot a few months previously in the parking lot of a beverage room in the north end of Halifax by an unknown assailant.
