Mandate
1. Ensure that members of the public have adequate opportunities to participate in the master planning study;
2. Attend all public meetings and participate in all workshops and design charettes;
3. Participate in negotiations with Canada Land Company and the Municipality in the preparation of a comprehensive plan;
4. Confer with the HRM's Regional Planning Advisory Committee; and
5. Provide advice on any amendments to planning and regulatory documents put forward for approval as a consequence of the planning study.
