This fund provides modest donations (under $500) to neighbourhood volunteer groups and community projects within each Councillor's district. Each Councillor receives a total allocation of $3,000 and the distribution of funds is guided by Policy and Procedures approved by Regional Council. Staff of the Councillor's Support Office and Financial Services provide assistance in processing requests and reporting. A list of the disbursemetns is published each year in the HRM Grants Program Annual Report and on this Site.
