The HRM Grants and Contributions Program is a portfolio which allows the Municipality to provide tax assistance and grants to registered non-profit organizations throughout the region. The portfolio is administered by staff of HRM Community Development and a standing Committee of Regional Council, the HRM Grants Committee.
