Certificates

Certificates are issued for anniversaries, birthdays, special occassions, official openings, athletic championships, and outstanding community service.

Requests should be in writing and be submitted a minimum of three weeks prior to the event.

For certificate requests in the municipality outside of District 6 please visit the Mayor's Office

To request a certificate, please provide the following details:

 

  • Recipient Information: first and last names, street address, city, province and postal code
  • Occasion information: state the occasion (e.g., 25th wedding anniversary, 65th birthday) and the actual date of the occasion
  • Requester Information: First and last names, daytime phone number, e-mail address
  • Pick up or mail: If you would like to pick up the scroll at City Hall or provide the address to which the certificate should be mailed
