Mary Angela Munro, Terry Gallagher, Councillor Linda Mosher, Councillor Stephen Adams, Karen Lowery, Peggy Allen and John Henry attend the ribbon cutting for the opening of the Pedestrian Bridge over the MacIntosh Run.  The bridge directly connects the Herring Cove Road with the Captain William Spry Community Centre, which houses the Wave Pool, Community Recreation Centre, Library, program and activity rooms and a Fitness Centre.
