Reg Rankin, a native of Mabou, Cape Breton, has lived in the Timberlea area for 13 years.
He served as Councillor for that area on the Halifax County Council
since 1991 and was elected to serve as Councillor for the Halifax
Regional Municipality. Councillor Rankin is very active in the community.
He holds degrees in Business Administration and Education and is a Certified Property Manager. Councillor Rankin
and his wife Christine have three children.
