No Holiday Light Exchange Program in 2016

Please note Efficiency Nova Scotia has retired the LED Holiday Light Exchange program so there will be no opportunity to exchange your lights at the TD Dartmouth Tree Lighting this year. Here's the official word from Efficiency Nova Scotia, "Since 2005, Nova Scotians have recycled over 150,000 strings of traditional holiday lights in favour of energy-saving LEDs. With so many Nova Scotians making the switch to LEDs, the number of lights collected at community events has been decreasing since 2011. While this is good news, the time has come to retire the Holiday Light Exchange program". If you have any questions or comments please follow up with Efficiency Nova Scotia directly or call toll free 1-877-999-6035
