The GISS section created this product for the purposes of setting up the Halifax Commons for the Rolling Stones Concert in 2006. The map was utilized by the HRM staff, promoters, as well as emergency agencies for all aspects of the concert. This map won second prize at the 2006 ESRI Regional User Conference held in New Brunswick.
