Real-time data launch image

Wondering if your bus is on time? Halifax Transit wants to improve your commuting experience by taking the guesswork out of your travel plans. Bus users can now access real-time information on estimated departure times. This conveniently allows you to plan accordingly, greatly enhancing your transit experience.

Note: Halifax Transit is launching the GTFS real-time data feed to developers as a beta release. During this time, we are monitoring the service for any issues and it may be necessary to turn off the service to address any technical issues that may come up. Users of the real-time data may experience downtime, inaccuracies in data quality, etc. until our team has resolved any issues that were found.
