The Board of Commissioners of Halifax Water includes the Mayor of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), three members of the HRM Regional Council appointed by Council, three residents of HRM who are appointed by Council and the Chief Administrative Officer of HRM or an HRM employee appointed by the CAO. The Board meets once a month, usually the last Thursday of each month.
