Colleen Purcell was appointed to the Board of Halifax Water on April 1, 2008, and was elected Chair on March 26, 2009. Ms. Purcell is currently the Director, Payroll, Pensions and Benefits for a regional airline and has worked in the finance field for over 15 years since obtaining her CA designation in 1993.
