Jerry Blumenthal was appointed to the Board of Halifax Water effective April 1, 2010. Mr. Blumenthal served on Regional Council from 1995 to 2004, and after a break for the following term, was re-elected in 2008. Mr. Blumenthal represents District 11, Halifax – North End.
