Halifax Water is accepting applicants for one (1) Regular Field Service Technician, Level 1, in the Finance/Customer Service Department. The successful incumbent will, under the supervision of the Supervisor of Metering or designate, be involved in customer relations wherein the general work includes connecting & disconnecting metered water service, investigating customer inquiries, meter reading, enforcement of collection procedures and repair of metering equipment.
Qualifications include: Grade 12 and one year of related experience, excellent customer service skills, a valid NS Driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record. The Field Service Technician is a regional position and may be required to work in any of our locations.
