TWO (2) TEMPORARY
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
(Approximately 12 Months)

Halifax Water is accepting applications for two (2) Temporary Customer Service Representatives for a period of approximately 6-12 months. This position responds to inquiries from customers, schedules customer appointments, processes payments, performs cash related activities, and carries out general office duties as well as collections. The Customer Service Representative is required to work evenings (7 hours per day within the time frame of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
Required Qualifications: Grade 12 or N.S. Department of Education equivalent; two years related experience in a customer service environment; experience in general office duties, cash handling and dealing with the public; SAP experience will be considered an asset.
