The maximum credit card payment or transaction amount is $200.00.  A convenience fee of $5.95 will be charged for each transaction.

Customers should be ready with:

• The six digit account number located on your utility bill (without the preceding zeros) or the 6-digit Customer Number on your Halifax Water Finance invoice.
• The amount you want to pay on your bill/invoice, and
• Your credit card.

Customers using the web page payment method must provide an e-mail address in order to use the on-line service so that a confirmation can be sent to you.  If you do not have access to e-mail, please use the secure automated telephone system.
