The Human Resources (HR) Department is responsible for all human resource functions which are directly linked to the objectives of the organization.

In summary, HR functions include staffing for the needs of the organization and ensuring that the types of knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics including experience are available to meet our needs.  Staffing responsibilities include employment equity, recruitment and selection.

Training and Development opportunities are offered to ensure employees have the opportunity to learn new skills and open up advancement opportunities.   The HR Department works in conjunction with the various Departments to meet these needs.  Included in this is performance evaluation and training activities that enhance employee skills for the benefit of the employee and the organization.
