Storm drains are for rain and snow melt only. Any dumping of toxic chemicals or process water, such as paints, oil, antifreeze and even soapy water into the storm drain is illegal.

Pollution Prevention staff investigate and respond to incidents where pollution may enter into or leave the sewer system.
