Halifax Water provides a 24-hour emergency call centre and response service. During the day, each regional office in the metropolitan area responds to local area needs and service requirements. After hours, all calls are forwarded to our central dispatch control center for service response. Our call service and duty personnel can respond immediately to calls for water main breaks, system freeze-ups, broken water meters, and other water service and pressure difficulties experienced by our customers.
