NOTICE OF APPROVAL

BY-LAW S-435
RESPECTING STREET IMPROVEMENTS

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that By-law S-435 respecting Street Improvements was adopted by Halifax Regional Council on May 15, 2012.

The purpose of the By-law is to amend By-law S-400 respecting Street Improvements to apply the new charges to all completed 2011/12 capital projects where such charges apply.

The text of the amended By-law S-400 may be viewed on the Internet in the Legislation section at www.halifax.ca or copies obtained from the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 1841 Argyle Street, 2nd floor, Halifax between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Effective date: May 19, 2012
