Flag-raising ceremony to support Mooseheads cancelled due to weather

Friday, April 27, 2012 - HRM would like to advise that the flag-raising ceremony scheduled to take place at City Hall this morning in support of the Mooseheads hockey team has been cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
