Clarification of By-Law O-101- Open Burning

(Thursday, October 4, 2001)-- The Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency Service has been receiving numerous inquiries regarding whether this By-Law will cover indoor wood burning appliances. The Fire Service would like to clarify that the new By-Law

O-101 deals strictly with Outdoor Burning Only regardless of whether it is in an appliance or an open fire.
