Call Centre Update

(Thursday, October 2, 2003) - The Halifax Regional Municipality is now in day four of the recovery operations in the aftermath of Hurricane Juan. The call volumes at the HRM Call Centre have decreased significantly and the decision has been made to move from 24 hour service to 18 hour service. The HRM Call Centre will be in service from 6 am until 12 pm on October 2, 3, 4 and 5^th.
