Lake Banook Information Meeting Cancelled

(Wednesday, February 18/2004)-- Councillor Bruce Hetherington, Chair of the Harbour East Community Council, advised today that a public information meeting scheduled for this evening in Dartmouth to discuss proposed development on Lake Banook has been cancelled, due to the heavy snowfall warning issued this morning.

The meeting, to review a proposed development proposal for Paddler's Cove on Lake Banook, had been previously advertised for Dartmouth High School at 7 p.m. tonight.

Councillor Hetherington said the meeting will likely be re-scheduled for early March.
