Sambro Community Transit - Customer Satisfaction Survey

On November 21, 2011, significant schedule adjustments were introduced to the Sambro Community Transit service.

In order to measure customer satisfaction regarding these changes, Metro Transit is conducting an online and on-board survey in December.

The online survey will be available beginning Monday, Dec. 12, closing Friday, Dec. 23.

A Metro Transit representative will be on-board the Sambro community bus Dec. 12-15 to conduct the passenger survey for those may not have access to our website.

Sambro Service Highlights:

• Service from 5-9am, and 3:35-7:35pm, with 60-minute frequency
• Service loop in one-way direction
• Total of 10 trips
• No service on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

• $2.25 Adult
• $1.50 Child (ages 5-15)
• $1.50 Senior (ages 65 & up)
  

MetroPass, MetroLink, MetroX, and UPass are accepted on Community Transit.

Important Passenger Information

• Please allow for delays due to winter road conditions, traffic and detours.
  
• Remember to be at your stop a few minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
  
• It is dangerous to stop and pick up passengers who are not on the proper side of the road. Therefore, for the safety of the public and our passengers, Operators have been instructed to stop only for persons who are on the proper side of the road and are standing in a safe area.
  
• It is extremely dangerous to cross the road in front of a bus. Please allow for the bus to proceed and then cross.
