  • prepares agendas and minutes for and communicates decisions of meetings of Council and its committees;

  • executes contracts and agreements on behalf of the Municipality;
  • maintains Council and committee records, bylaws, contracts and agreements, and other corporate documents in the custody of the Municipal Clerk;
  • processes and refers correspondence for Council;
  • produces and provides information through the development, implementation, and administration of computer systems, including electronic transmittal of agendas, minutes and referrals.
