Application
Application by 778938 Ontario Limited (Starfish Properties) to enter into a development agreement to permit a mixed-use development at 1651-57 Barrington Street and 1652-66 Granville Street (the "Roy Building") and 5181-87 Sackville Street, Halifax.
Process
The application is being considered under the development agreement process, which involves input from the District 12 Planning Advisory Committee (District 12 PAC) and the
Heritage Advisory Committee (HAC).
Status
Staff have prepared a detailed report and a draft development agreement for consideration by the District 12 PAC, the HAC and
Regional Council. The report was discussed by the HAC on Nov. 25, 2009, and by the District 12 PAC on Nov. 30, 2009. Once the committees have completed their deliberations, the committees will make recommendations on the proposal to Regional Council.
