Changes to the Provincial Heritage Tax Rebate Program

The Provincial Heritage Property Program has been given approval to increase the maximum Conservation Work Grant under its Heritage Grant Program. The maximum conservation work grant amounts have been doubled, specifically from $1,000 to $2,000 for all registered provincial heritage properties and from $500 to $,1000 for some registered municipal heritage properties (property must be owned by a not-for-profit). An overview of each program is provided in the revised grant tables below.
