Case 17343 - Application by Avide Developments for a development agreement to allow the addition of a 39-unit senior citizen complex to the existing church at 40 Caldwell Road, Cole Harbour.
Case 17443 - Application by Clayton Developments to rezone the remaining 57 acres of Colby South, at the end of Astral Drive and Lakeridge Crescent, Cole Harbour, from R-7 (Rural Estate) zone to R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) zone.
