The applicant has requested that Harbour East-Marine Drive Community Council consider a development agreement for a proposed expansion to an existing industrial use.

The subject property is designated UR (Urban Residential) under the Cole Harbour/Westphal Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and zoned R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling Zone) under the Cole Harbour/Westphal Land Use By-law (LUB).

The site plan and building plans (provided below) outline the proposed industrial use expansion. The applicant is proposing to construct a 60 foot by 50 foot (3,000 square foot), two-storey building for industrial storage and office space.
