An application by RMP Development Consulting Limited has been made to enter into a Development Agreement for an equestrian farm at 1418 Lucasville Road, Lucasville, known as Restless Pines Farms. The current zoning permits agricultural uses on the property however a development agreement is required for the existing commercial recreational operations there.

The applicant has requested that North West Community Council approve a development agreement for an equestrian farm at 1418 Lucasville Road, Lucasville. The subject property is designated Mixed Use B under the Beaverbank, Hammonds Plains, Upper Sackville Municipal Planning Strategy (MPS) and currently zoned MU-1 (Mixed Use 1) under the Beaverbank, Hammonds Plains, Upper Sackville Land Use By-law (LUB).(Maps 1 and 2)
This application is being considered under the development agreement process.
