Wanted List

The HRP/RCMP Integrated High Risk Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) is responsible for executing warrants within HRM as well as other areas, and facilitates requests from Parole and Probation Services. Every three months, the team is creating a new Wanted List made up of people with outstanding arrest warrants whom police have been unable to locate. Whether the people turn themselves in, or we receive information on their whereabouts from the public, the goal is to locate and arrest each person on the list.

Clinton James Christie Canada-wide warrant of apprehension and suspension.	Marie-Josee Campion Assaulting a peace officer x 2, resisting/obstructing a peace officer x 2, failure to comply with conditions x 2, assault with a weapon.
David Edward Doucette Canada-wide warrant of apprehension and suspension.	Darrell Robert William Fisher Assault, assault with a weapon, trafficking in persons, for the purpose of gain exercises control over the movements of a person, unlawful confinement, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, failure to attend court.
Jamie Paul Michael Hall Forcible entry, breach of conditions, failure to attend court.	Andrew Jason Hudder Canada-wide warrant for attempted murder.
Steven Douglas Skinner Canada-wide warrant for murder.	Eugene Gordon Spracklin Assault, uttering death threats, failure to attend court.
