GO #12-55252 - Robbery - At 10 p.m., police responded to a robbery at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 6139 Quinpool Road in Halifax. A man entered the store, produced a knife and demanded pills from the pharmacist. He consumed the majority of the pills while inside and then fled the store. Responding officers located an unconscious man while checking the area and he was transported to the hospital. A 33-year-old man will be charged with robbery and possession of a weapon.
