Police Keeping Ear to the Ground

Halifax Regional Police is investigating a theft from a bus shelter which occurred sometime between the end of May and the first week of June.

A caller reported that an oversized set of headphones had been taken from a bus shelter near the corner of South Street and Tower Road in Halifax. The headphones, measuring 4 feet high and 4 feet wide, had been placed on the bus shelter as part of an advertising campaign. Given the size, it is believed that two or more people are responsible for the theft.
