The Integrated HRP/RCMP Major Crime Unit is seeking the public's assistance in solving the homicide of Richard Joseph Marriott and Gail Stone.

Police were called to the scene at about 9:45 p.m. on November 20, 1998. Mr. Marriott was found dead, and a second victim, 36-year-old Gail Stone was injured and died four days later from her injuries. Mr. Marriott, aged 32, was last seen alive at approx. 9:15 p.m. that evening on Dutch Village Road near the entrance to the Bi-Centennial Highway. He was driving a maroon coloured 1996 Dodge Caravan and it is belived he arrived home at approximately 9:30 p.m.
