| The Integrated HRP/RCMP Major Crime Unit is investigating the homicide of Donald David Snelgrove.
Police are interested in speaking with anyone who may have information about an alleged disturbance that took place near the basketball court on Romans Avenue some time after 9 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2000, or who may have seen Mr. Snelgrove's 1988 Grey Plymouth Reliant in the area at the time of the disturbance.
Police have confirmed Mr. Snelgrove's whereabouts on Friday evening, when he left a Dempsey Lane residence in Herring Cove. On Monday, Mr. Snelgrove was found deceased in his Windsor Street apartment.
