High-Risk Enforcement Action Team

The High-Risk Enforcement Action Team is responsible for monitoring high-risk offenders who may be living or visiting Halifax Regional Municipality.  This unit was created as a result of the release of "Dangerous Offenders" who exhibited behaviour consistent with the likelihood re-offending in a manner to be a high-risk to the public or have been identified by Corrections Canada as presenting a high-risk to re-offend.
