Police officers with less than 5 years of service will receive a starting salary of $48,420.74 (as of April 1, 2011). Salary increments will apply annually for the next four years until they reach the level of First Class Constable with an annual salary of $80,701.23.
Experienced Police officers with more than 5 years policing experience may be considered for a step increase. This will be assessed on an individual's qualifications and skills.
