Take notice that Halifax Regional Council at a meeting to be held on September 16, 2008, at 6:00 pm, at Regional Council Chambers, 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia will consider the Sale of 3 Sylvia Avenue at less than market value as provided for in Section 51 of the Municipal Government Act. Further information pertaining to this matter may be obtained from Real Property, Transportation & Public Works Services, 6th Floor, 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
