Take notice that Halifax Regional Council at a meeting to be held on August 2nd, 2011, at 6:00 pm, at Regional Council Chambers, 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia will consider the Sale of a portion of HRM Parkland as provided for in section 283 (14) of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter. 

The subject property is a portion of PID# 40266841, Lot P-9, Located at Civic 1182 Cole Harbour Road, Cole Harbour. Further information pertaining to this matter may be obtained from Real Estate & Facility Services, Transportation & Public Works, 6th Floor, 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
