Closure - Portion of Lancaster Drive

Take notice that Halifax Regional Council at a meeting to be held on March 26, 2013, at 6:00 pm, at Regional Council Chambers, 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia will consider HRM Administrative Order No. SC 73 concerning the closure of a portion of Lancaster Drive, Herring Cove, pursuant to Section 325 of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter. Further information pertaining to this matter may be obtained from Real Estate, Planning & Infrastructure, 6th Floor, 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Opinion in support of, or in opposition to the proposal may be presented orally at the March 26, 2013 Public Hearing meeting. Written submissions may be forwarded to the Municipal Clerk, at P.O. Box 1749, Halifax, N.S., B3J 3A5, or may be faxed to 490-4208 before the date of the Public Hearing.
