Sale of 1247 Beford Highway, Bedford

Take notice that Halifax Regional Council at a meeting to be held on December 8, 2009, at 6:00 pm, at Regional Council Chambers, 1841 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia will consider the Sale of 1247 Bedford Highway, Bedford at less than market value as provided for in Section 51 of the Municipal Government Act. Further information pertaining to this matter may be obtained from Real Estate & Facility Services, Transportation & Public Works Services, 6th Floor, 40 Alderney Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Opinion in support of, or in opposition to the proposal may be presented orally at the December 8, 2009 meeting. Written submissions may be forwarded to the Municipal Clerk, at P.O. Box 1749, Halifax, N.S., B3J 3A5, or may be faxed to 490-4208 before the date of the hearing.
