We are an official member practicing the High Five Quality Assurance System, a voluntary accreditation program that fosters the safety, well-being and healthy development of children in recreation and leisure programs through quality standards.

Through this system our practitioners:

• develop a high level of knowledge and expertise in child development
• are able to help parents make informed choices

• are provided with the tools for enhancing and maintaining a high level of program quality, as well as instructor performance and facility requirements.

These initiatives move through all aspects of delivery from communication with children, to creating child friendly environments to the formal training of casual staff.

High Five is being included in the development and implementation of our policies and procedures as well as other areas of our service delivery system including Administration and Front Desk Areas.
