To request the use of a facility for a special event or park, the following forms are to be completed.  **Please note that there are fees associated with booking an HRM outdoor facility.**:

• Grand Parade Application Form (**only if requesting use of the Grand Parade Events Plaza)
• Special Events Supplementary Form
• Fee Schedule for Site Rentals (Parks, Plazas, Special Event Sites)

Seaview Park
Located at the end of Barrington Street (Western end, overlooking Bedford Basin)
Sir Sandford Fleming Park
Bandstand area on Dingle Road off Purcell's Cove Road  (**please note that we only schedule events for the Gazebo and the immediate area directly surrounding the Gazebo.  Your booking does not include the entire park/greenspace area**)
