Health Canada ranks walking as one of the most popular activities Canadians choose to keep active. Add up your activity in at least 10 minute periods during the day - aiming for 30 to 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity each day.
Many of these trails are built and maintained by the Halifax Regional
Trails Association. Your community at work! Why not get
