Fun for All

Being active and having fun don’t just happen in a recreation centre or by taking part in a recreation program. HRM has many ways for you and your family to get out and get active for free right in your own neighbourhood.

Sheet Harbour Fall into Fitness During the Fall months, all new members at Seaside Fitness Centre get a free week pass
  Febraury is Heart Month Seaside Fitness Centre members who participate in daily cardiovascular fitness are entered in monthly prize draws for free t-shirts, etc.
  Take the Roof off Winter All Winter, the Sheet Harbour Recreation Centre will have skating parties at the Outdoor Rink on Friday evenings. Music and Hot Chocolate on site!(weather permitting)
