In October 2005, a DISTRICT FACT SHEET on Draft #2 of the Regional Plan was prepared for each of the 23 electoral districts in HRM. The fact sheets provided details about how the draft Regional Plan would affect each district in the short and longer term. The fact sheets were available at the Community Council meetings held October 24 - November 7 and from members of Council.
